The Overlook Café, the main source on the Sioux City campus for delicious and nutritious edibles, has been expanded and remodeled to meet increasing demand.  Student and staff customers can create their own waffles and salads, choose from a variety of grill options, order up a meal selection, or take out grocery items to fix later.  The choices are varied and offered with customer input in mind.

The Café is a great place, not only to eat, but also to relax and meet with old and new friends.
