The Foundation of Western Iowa Tech Community College (WITCC) has announced its officers and new board members for 2007. Dirk "Jon" Winkel, chief executive officer of Long Lines Ltd., is president of the Foundation board. Cy Chesterman, chief executive officer and chairman of the board of Chesterman Co., is vice president.
Two new members have joined the Foundation board. Rhea Geary is president of Prince Manufacturing Corporation in North Sioux City, S.D., and Daryl Austin is president of Phillips Kiln Services in South Sioux City, Neb.
Other board members are John B. Anderson, Corbett Anderson Corbett Poulson Flom & Vellinga; E. B. Baker, C.W. Suter Services; Larry Book, L & L Book Properties; Deborah Cook, Great West Casualty Company; Harlan Crouch, Williams & Company Consulting, Inc.; Fred Davenport Jr., Urban Realty; Dr. Robert E. Dunker, WITCC president; Richard Grenko, Nichols Rise & Company; Dr. Robert Kiser, WITCC president emeritus; E. Joe Lundsgaard, community volunteer; Skip Perley, Thompson Electric Co.; Ginny Peterson, community volunteer; LeRoy Schoon, Schoon Construction, Inc., Cherokee; Richard A. Waller, Security National Bank; and Charlie Zook, Charlie Zook Motors Inc.
