Vendor Registration

You may register by mail, fax or telephone and pay by check, purchase order or credit card. Mastercard, Visa and Discover Card are accepted.

Two levels of participation available:

Full Participation (presentation session): $500
Booth size: 8' x 10'
Booth specs:
   Power and internet connection is provided
   Fee includes registration for two conference attendees for both days, with meals and speakers
   If more than two company members wish to attend, please follow regular registration procedure.

Non-Attending Support: $100
Support of conference for those unable to attend
