PUBLIC RECITAL - 03:00pm through 04:30pm

 

 

  The WITCC Applied Voice students will present an 3nd-of-the-semester Public Recital on Friday, May 9th, at 3 p.m. in the Large Lecture Hall. The public is invited and encouraged to attend this free performance. Music selections will range from classical to Broadway to jazz.

  The first two-act melodrama with an all-student cast is written by Raymond Hull of Sweeney Todd fame and author of the best seller The Peter Principle. Set in the mid-nineteenth century, this "temperance play" features a conniving lawyer and his henchman, a lovely young girl, her complaining mother, and their handsome but vulnerable landlord. Come and boo the villains!
Location: Black Box Theater
